7.0 SETTING AND MODIFICATION OF AN AUTOMATIC COOKING PROGRAM WITH MORE THAN ONE PHASE.
By turning the encoder knob select one program among 06 and 96, the LCD display will show all the
values of the stored program.
If the program has never stored any value, on the LCD display will appear the number of the program (for
ex. 65), the number of the phase ( for ex. 1/1), the cooking mode ( for ex. convection) and the total cooking
time (for ex. 00.30); the second line of the display is empty, while all the displays of the encoder will show
the default values.
In the opposite case if the program has already stored a cooking program, the LCD display and the
displays of the encoder will show the values of the first cooking phase.
7.0A SETTING AND MODIFICATION OF THE DESCRIPTION IN AN AUTOMATIC COOKING
PROGRAM.
To put in a sequence the name of the program press the button (PRG) on the LCD display.
If the programming started correctly , you will see a white rectangular (the first letter of the cooking program description) on the second line of the LCD
display.
By turning the encoder knob you choose the letters, as usual clockwise to increase the value and counter clockwise to decrease the value. To confirm
the chosen letter, memorize it and go to the following one, press the encoder knob.
Note:
the max. number of letters for each program name is 16.
If the program name is shorter than 16 letters and you don’t want to put some blanks (empty spaces
between 2 words), press the encoder knob and hold it down for more than 2 seconds; with this
operation the electronic system will move to the following parameter.
To write a single blank, you just need to press the encoder knob once.
The button (C) (START/STOP) while programming cannot be used to start a cooking cycle, but only to cancel the highlighted letter each time you
press it.
If you hold down the button C for more than 2 seconds you will cancel all the letters till the end of the line.
If you don’t want to modify the name of the program and go directly to the following parameter, press the button C and hold it down for more than 2
seconds, while the first alphanumeric code is flashing; through this operation you can go to the following parameter.
After you pressed the encoder knob (after the 16th letter or after pressing the button for 2 seconds) there is the programming of the phases.
7.0B SETTING AND MODIFICATION OF THE PHASES IN AN AUTOMATIC COOKING PROGRAM.
You entered into the modification if the number corresponding to the phase of the program is highlighted.
You should see a blue number inside a white rectangular.
As usual by turning the encoder knob clockwise you increase the value, counter clockwise you decrease
it. Once the display shows the desired value ( for ex. 5), press the encoder knob, that store the new date
and move the cursor to the following value (cooking modes).
The max. number of phases you can select is 6.
7.0C SETTING AND MODIFICATION OF THE COOKING MODE DURING A PHASE OF AN AUTOMATIC COOKING PROGRAM.
Once you have selected the number of phases for a recipe ( for ex. 5), the display will show the
number of phases ( for ex. From 1 to 5), of which you have to store the parameters and the cooking
modes (CONVECTION, COMBI or STEAM). The value referring to the number of the phase is relative.
To choose the symbol corresponding to the cooking mode, use the encoder knob and press it to store
the new date. Now the cursor moves to the following parameter (speed of fan).
7.0D SETTING AND MODIFICATION OF THE SPEED FAN DURING A PHASE IN AN AUTOMATIC COOKING PROGRAM.
The number of the phase stays highlighted, while on the second line of the LCD display the name of the
program is temporary replaced by the message
VENTILATION 50.
Turn the encoder knob to choose the speed of fan desired ( from 50% to 100%) and press it to store the
date and move the cursor on next parameter (COOKING CHAMBER RELEASE SYSTEM).
7.0E SETTING AND MODIFICATION OF THE COOKING CHAMBER RELEASE SYSTEM.
The number of the phase stays highlighted, while on the second line of the LCD display the name of the recipe will temporary be replaced by the
message
“CHAMBER FUMES NO”.
Turn the encoder knob and choose (SÌ) if you want to open the release valve or (NO) if you want to
keep it closed.
Press the encoder knob to memorize the date and the cursor goes to the following parameter
(ECONOMY).
7.0F SETTING AND MODIFICATION OF THE REDUCED POWER DURING A PHASE IN AN AUTOMATIC COOKING PROGRAM.
The number of the phase remains highlighted, while on the second line of the LCD display the name of the program is temporary replaced by the
message “
ECONOMY OK
”.
Use the encoder knob to select the option reduced power of 30% in the cooking chamber (ECONOMY
OK).
Press the encoder knob to memorize the date; the cursor moves to the following parameter (cooking
chamber temperature).
7.0G IMPOSTAZIONE E MODIFICA DELLA TEMPERATURA IN CAMERA NELLA FASE DI UN PROGRAMMA DI COTTURA AUTOMATICO.
The number of the phase remains highlighted, while on the second line of the LCD display the name of the program will reappear. The temperature
value on the display (L) begins to flash.
Turn the encoder knob to the left to decrease the temperature and to the right to increase it. Once you have reached the
temperature desired (ex.180°C), press the encoder knob to store the value; the cursor moves to the display of core temperature
probe (N) which is flashing.
The temperature you can adjust in the cooking chamber is that one already described at the paragraphs regarding the manual
programming.
ATTENTION: If you have selected the low speed fan the max. temperature you can select during CONVECTION and COMBI cycles is reduced to
220°C.
