Minimizing scanning time and taking breaks can effectively allow your body to
recover from physical activity and help you avoid MSDs as some ultrasound
tasks may require longer or more frequent breaks, however, simply changing
tasks can help some muscle groups relax while others remain or become active
l
Work efficiently by using the software and hardware features correctly
