Editing patient information
You can edit patient information if an exam has ended.
You cannot edit patient name, patient ID, accession number, birth date and gender for
any exam in the following situations:
l
If the exam is transferring or is already archived
l
If the MPPS transfer is configured and enabled for the current location
l
If the exam is coming from a worklist
l
If the exam is appended and without MPPS configuration
To check archive status of a patient exam

Select a patient exam from
Completed Exams
.

Do either of the following:
a. Tap
More Options
then
Archive Status
b. Tap the archive column
for the exam. The archive column will display an
archive status icon or nothing at all; for either option, tap the column

information displayed and what the archive status icons mean.
To edit patient information in an open exam
