9.  After the progress bar has finished (all 

□ change to ■), apply the sample to the 

slide while [Spot now] is displayed. 

The spotted slide is automatically transferred 

to the measurement section after the display of 

[Spot now] stops. 

IMPORTANT:

Apply the sample while the buzzer is sounding 

(while [Spot now] is displayed). Otherwise, the 

measurement results will be inaccurate.

IMPORTANT:

When applying sample to a CM slide, apply the sam-

ple within 1 mm of the center of the slide. Otherwise, 

the measurement results will be inaccurate. Run the 

measurement again.
