6.  Close the sample cover, and then lock it 

with the sampler cover lock key.

WARNING:

Ensure the sampler cover is locked during sample 

processing to prevent injuries and infection.
When the display reads [Ready to test], the sam-

pler cover can be opened.

7.  At the Measurement-preparation screen, 

tap the [START] button to start measure-

ment.

Dilution is performed at the dilution factor speci-

fied for each sample.
