Failure Log :
Failure loggings counter.

Failure Action :
The action when the third fail detection.
Nothing : Keep Ping the remote PD but does nothing further.
Reboot : Cut off the power of the PoE port, make PD rebooted.

Reboot time(sec) :
When PD has been rebooted, the PoE port restored power after the specified time. Default:
15, range: 3-120 sec.
