Default Settings, Templates and Examples
Default Events
D-Show 2.5 includes the following pre-defined events for you to use as examples and as the starting point for your own events.
Templates
The following table provides a listing of common event definitions. Use the techniques explained throughout this chapter to add
one or more of the following events to establish your own set of events, triggers and actions.

Among the default events are the two footswitches; these are Event 001 (for Switch 1, or Footswitch 1), and Event 002 (for Switch
2, or Footswitch 2). If your Show file was created in a previous version of D-Show and included Footswitch 1 and 2 assignments,
those assignments are automatically transferred to the appropriate events. (For more information on Show file compatibility, see
“Events and Show File Compatibility” on page 205.)
