To set the clock source on the interface, use the
clock source
command in interface configuration mode.
To restore the default clock source, use the
no
form of this command.
clock source
clock-ip-address
no clock source

There is no default setting.

By default, the clock source on the interface is set to internal.

The following example instructs the controller to use an internal clock source:
