To display installation state of PS/PCL/UFR II function when disabling
the function with license transfer.
Use case
When checking whether PS/PCL/UFR II function is installed
Adj/set/operate method 1) Select ST-PSPCU.
2) Enter 0, and then press OK key.
When installation has been completed, the transfer license key is
displayed under TR-PSPCU.
Display/adj/set range
When operation finished normally: OK!
