e-mail.

File send prohibition to entered address
Lv.1 Details
To set to prohibit the file transmission to entered address.
File transmission is not available by entering the address because of
no “File” display on the transmission screen.
The addresses already registered in the Address Book can be
selected, but even if a job is sent, it is to be a transmission error. (End
code #762 is displayed.)
Use case

2) Turn OFF/ON the main power switch.
Caution
- The addresses already registered in the Address Book can be
selected, but it is to be a transmission error. Therefore, be sure to
receive approval from the user in advance to delete the address. Set
the transmission prohibition after deleting the address.
- When #762 is displayed without executing the procedure above,
explain the user that it is different from the description in the User’s
Guide.
