Adjustments
<Crease Tilt Adjustment>
1. Load the drawer with A3 or Ledger paper.
2. Select the Crease mode and make a copy
(A3 or Ledger copy).
3. Fold the copy fed out along the crease.
4. Fold the copy fed out in half.
5. Check the crease for tilt. (Measure width A.)

6. Open the Front Cover and loosen the screw
on the Creasing Unit Adjusting Plate.
7. Slide the adjusting plate to the right or left as
necessary to adjust tilt.
* If the crease tilts as in step 5, move the
adjusting plate to the left as shown on the
left.
Reference: 0 ± 1.5 mm

8. Make a copy in the Crease mode (A3 or
Ledger copy).
9. Select the functions as follows: User’s
Choice 5/6
→
Crease/Center Staple
→
Crease.

10. Fold the copy fed out along the crease.
11. Check the crease for deviation. (Measure
width A.)
Reference: 0 ± 1.5 mm
12. Using the

key, set the numeric value and
select “OK.”
* 1 step = 0.5 mm

16. Load a five-page A4C or Letter C document
in the Document Feeding Tray.
17. Select the 2-Point Staple/Crease function
and make a copy (A3 or Ledger copy).
18. Fold the copy fed out along the crease.
19. Check the staple positions for tilt. (Measure
width A.)
