Installing the Finisher Unit
1. Open the Front Door.
2. Remove the Exit Cover (three screws).

3. Remove the cover.

4. If the copier has been mounted with a
Switchback Unit, remove the tray.

5. Using a cutter or nippers, remove the Exit
Rolls.
* Gray Exit Rolls (three)

6. Holding the positions indicated by the arrows
in the illustration, place the Finisher Unit onto
the rail of the copier.

7. Slide the Finisher Unit all the way back into
the copier.

8. Check to see if clearance A between the rail
of the copier and the Finisher Unit measures
1 mm ± 0.5 mm.

9. If the clearance measures more than 1 mm ±
0.5 mm, slide out the Finisher Unit with the
portion indicated in the illustration pushed
with a screwdriver or similar tool.
