1. Check that the following items are contained in the Box of Accessories.
NOTE
If the Hard Disk Drive Kit is to be mounted at the same time that the Network
Interface Card separately available as an option is mounted, be sure to mount the
Network Interface Card first and then mount the Hard Disk Drive Kit.

1. Remove the Upper Rear Cover from the
copier (three screws).
NOTE
When removing this cover, push the angle
detecting lever of the Duplexing Document
Feeder at the same time.

2. Remove the Rear Cover of the copier (13
screws). (When removing this cover, try to
raise it slightly at the same time.)
