This message and/or the low tire
pressure light may appear under
the following conditions:
• One or more of the tire sensors
may be missing or inoperative.
• The spare tire was installed on
the vehicle.
The message will turn off once
a road tire with a compatible
tire pressure sensor is
reinstalled on the vehicle.
• The tire pressure monitor
system was not reset properly
to match the sensor's
identification code to its
corresponding tire/wheel
position.
See "Tire Pressure Monitor
Sensor Identification Codes"
later in this section.
• The original tires or wheels on
your vehicle were replaced
with tires or wheels not
compatible with the tire
inflation monitor system.
• The vehicle is near a facility or
an electronic device that uses
radio wave frequencies similar
to those of the tire pressure
monitor system.
If the problem persists, see your
dealer for service.

CODES
Each sensor has a unique
identification code.
If you rotate your tires or replace
any of your tires or tire pressure
sensors, the tire pressure monitor
will need to be reset.
