4.3.1 INSTALLING THE SPRAYER CONTROL MONITOR
The monitor is equipped with a “U” bracket secured by knobs on each end of the box. It provides a universal
mounting system adaptable to any configuration.
Use the holes provided in the bracket to mount to the monitor to a solid surface. Position the monitor to face the
operator and tighten the knobs to hold it in position.
See the manual provided with the in-cab control unit for the wiring details. The system requires a 10 amp @
12VDC, negative ground power supply.
IMPORTANT : Do not connect across a 24 volt system. It will damage internal
electrical components.
4.3.2 INSTALLING THE BOOM CONTROL JOYSTICK
The joystick control is equipped with a mounting base on the end. The mount also
has two flexible joints which allow you to position the control in a convenient
position.
Mount the control to a solid surface which has easy access for the operator. Adjust
and tighten the joints in the desired position.
See Section 5 of the Assembly and Parts Manual for the wiring details. The boom
control system requires a 8 1/2 amp @ 12VDC, negative ground power supply
(15 amps max.) and the Foam Marker requires 30 amp @ 12 VDC, negative
ground. The power must be supplied from a fused, switched circuit.
4.3 INSTALLING IN-CAB CONTROLS
4.4 WATER TRANSFER OPERATION
This feature allows water to be pumped from an auxiliary source or water supply tank to the main sprayer tank
through the sprayer’s plumbing system.
NOTE: For trouble-free spraying, use only clean water.
