NanoFlow source

The NanoFlow source enclosure comprises the NanoFlow stage (for

axis,

axis, and

axis adjustment), the sprayer-enclosure, and a microscope

camera.

NanoFlow source, stage and microscope camera:

A sprayer is mounted on an X, Y, Z stage (three-axis manipulator) that slides

on a pair of guide rails that allow its withdrawal from the source enclosure for

maintenance and changes.
