Separate the two aluminium half-bodies and remove the seal.
ASSEMBLING PROCEDURE

Ensure the seal does not get damaged. Fit the new seal by positioning vertically the valve body to facilitate
the operation. Keep the seal body with the gap down. Make sure the food versions (model F and P) were
properly cleaned and sanitized.
