This menu allows you, through the use of the card SM300-EXP5, to manage the
measurements made on the movements of the cylinder welding using a linear
potentiometer and check the pressure or force exerted on the piston of the same piece, all
using the parameters described to follow..

Only in cycle spots, activate the control and management, via CAN bus, of position
measuring electrodes.
If set to NO, management is disabled.
If set in STD, it is made and tested the approach measurement without the possibility of
automatic setting for the automatic recovery of wear electrodes, and the management of the
measure current cut and measure the final electrodes position.
If set in NUT, it is made and tested in the measurement of approach with the possibility of
self-learning of the measurement of closure electrodes with relative management of
automatic compensation, and the management of the measure cutting current and final
electrodes position measure.

Sets the mode with which to perform the measurement and the presence or absence of the
position limit switches of zero electrodes.
In ABS is made the increment from the initial position of zero and is then tested the stroke
end, the values of the three test measures should be introduced for the absolute values or
the measurement will be carried out in an incremental manner from the release position of
the limit switch of zero.
In ABS1 inspection is carried out and the data entry unless the presence of the limit of 0 is
assumed that the electrodes position 0 as the value for analog input in absolute or 0V input
is associated with position 0.
In REL mode after a reset is carried out any checks of the measurement, the test values
must be entered as an offset from that zero is tested to the limit zero, the measurement part
of its release.
