6.4.5.1. The user level concept

In the TopControl application there are different user levels that are as-
signed corresponding authorisations.

Depending on the program window currently open, if the level of author-
isation is insufficient some menu items will not be available or it will not
be possible to open some tabs.

On the other hand menu items and tabs (with the related functionality)
that are available can be opened and used.

The concept for the access control/password

To change from one user level to another user level, it may be neces-
sary to enter a password (see Table 98, 176).

User level

Description

Standard User

A password is not required
(default configuration on delivery).

Advanced User

The password required is: “

kilowatt

”

After restarting the software, the password remains
valid without limitation.

Power User

“

Single-day-password

”:

A password is required and can be requested from
Regatron support.
This password is only valid on the day it is issued.

Factory

This user level is reserved for Regatron.
