With your hand, swivel the mirror housing diago-
nally upward as far as possible.

The exterior mirrors can be folded in when the vehicle
is locked.

Press and hold the button on the vehicle key
for at least 1 second.
The door mirrors fold in.

Switch on ignition.
The door mirrors fold out automatically.

The door mirrors are dimmed automatically, together
with the interior mirror.

When setting the mirror, the dimming lever A must
point toward the vehicle interior.

Initial position – swivel lever in the direction of
the vehicle interior.

Dimmed position – swivel lever toward the
windshield.
Information
After switching on the ignition, the door mirrors do
not fold out automatically if they have previously
been folded in manually using button
D (Fig. 111).
