5. Install the new bulb into the housing and rotate it
clockwise 90° to lock it in place.
NOTE
Make sure the tab on the bulb locates properly in the
housing.
6. Install the harness onto the new headlight bulb and
install the hood.
HEADLIGHT HOUSING REMOVAL
1. Remove the hood from the front cab.
2. Remove the Torx-head screw and push rivet
retaining the upper right portion of the front fender.
3. Carefully lift up the front fender far enough to access
the entire headlight housing.
4. Disconnect the harness from the bulb (see
“Headlight Bulb Replacement”).
5. Remove the O-rings (A) from each side of the
headlight housing.
6. Remove the adjustment screw (B).
7. Carefully push on the face of the headlight housing
to disengage the housing tabs from the front fascia
brackets.
8. Remove the headlight housing from the vehicle.
HEADLIGHT HOUSING INSTALLATION
1. Install the headlight housing by pressing the housing
tabs back into the front fascia brackets.
2. Secure the headlight housing with the rubber O-rings
(A) on each side. Install the adjustment screw (B).
NOTE
Be sure to twist the O-rings (A) upon installation as
shown below.
3. Connect the harness to the bulb.
4. Install the Torx-head screw and push rivet retaining
the upper right portion of the front fender.
5. Install the hood.
