4.4 SICUREZZA IN TRITURAZIONE 4.4 SAFETY DURING SHREDDING
Durante la triturazione, vanno rispettate le seguenti istruzioni
di sicurezza:

■ Tutti gli operatori devono indossare idonei dispositivi di
protezione individuale, stare sempre nelle zone di carico
vicino alla tramoggia e assicurarsi che nel raggio di 20 metri
dal tubo di lancio, cioè nell’area di scarico del materiale
triturato, non sia presente nessuna persona compresi gli
operatori stessi.
Se durante questa fase l’operatore ha la necessità di
recarsi nella zona di controllo e comando per controllare o
modificare i parametri (

), occorre rendere quest’ area sicura per
l’operatore ruotando il tubo di lancio in posizione laterale.

- MESSA IN FUNZIONE
■ All operators must wear suitable personal protective equipment,
always stay in the loading areas near the hopper and make
sure that nobody - including the operators themselves - is in
the area where the chips are ejected, i.e. within a radius of 20
meters from the ejection pipe.
If during this phase the operator needs to go to the area of
control to check or modify the parameters (

) , it is necessary to make this
area safe for the operator by rotating the ejection pipe to a
lateral position.

- START-UP
■ La posizione dell’operatore addetto all’uso della macchina è
di fianco alla tramoggia di carico dove si trova il maniglione
di comando e/o di arresto d’emergenza.
■ The position of the operator in charge of using the machine
is next to the feeding hopper where the control and/or
emergency stop bar is installed.
■ Possono essere presenti altri operatori che non usano
la macchina ma che concorrono a fornire materiale da
triturare all’unico operatore addetto all’uso della macchina.
■ Other operators may be in the loading areas; they do
not use the machine but they can supply the material to
be shredded to the only operator in charge of using the
machine.
■ Non vanno introdotti rami di dimensioni superiori alle
misure prescritte (Ø max. 110 mm).
■ Branches bigger than the prescribed sizes must not be fed
(Ø max. 110 mm).
