ATTENZIONE - PRIMA DI ESEGUIRE LA
MANUTENZIONE DEGLI UTENSILI DI TAGLIO,
BLOCCARE IL ROTORE.
ATTENTION - BEFORE PERFORMING ANY
MAINTENANCE OF THE CUTTING TOOLS, BLOCK
THE ROTOR.
Rimuovere il coperchio (O) svitando il dado (Q). Bloccare
il rotore inserendo l’apposito fermo (A) contenuto nel porta
documenti, facendo attenzione a centrare il foro sul rotore.
Svitare le viti (V), rimuovere le lame e affilarle o sostituirle.
Rimontare le lame (L) facendole appoggiare alla battuta (B)
e controllare che la superficie d’appoggio sia pulita. Infine,
avvitare le viti (V) con una coppia di serraggio di 73 Nm.
Se queste dovessero risultare consumate, sostituirle utilizzando
viti con classe di resistenza 10.9 o superiore. 8 ⁄ 3
Remove the plate (O) unscrewing the nut (Q). Block the rotor
with the specific lock (A) contained in the document holder, being
careful to center the hole in the rotor.
Unscrew the screws (V), remove the blades and sharpen or replace
them. Reassemble the blades (L), making them lean against the
rabbet (B) and check that the supporting surface is clean. Finally,
screw the screws (V) with a tightening torque of 73 Nm.
If the screws are worn out, replace them using screws with
property class 10.9 or higher.

Nella sostituzione vanno utilizzati solo pezzi di ricambio
originali, marcati con il nome del fabbricante. Nel caso in cui
le lame subissero forti urti o colpi, si richiede un esame delle
stesse da parte di un esperto.

name. If the blades are subjected to strong impacts, an
examination by an expert is required.

8.3 CHECKING AND REPLACING OR
ROTATING THE HAMMERS
Controllare i martelli prima di ogni utilizzo. Per garantire il
buon funzionamento della macchina, per ottenere le migliori
condizioni di lavoro ed evitare danneggiamenti alla macchina
è importante lavorare con i martelli sempre integri. La durata
dei martelli dipende dal tipo di materiale ed è quindi impossibile
indicare un dato preciso e certo. Nel caso in cui la macchina
venga utilizzata per sminuzzare materiale contenente polvere,
sabbia, terra, ecc., i martelli subiranno un degrado molto veloce.
The hammers must be checked anytime before using the machine. To
guarantee that the machine works properly, to get the best operating
conditions and avoid any damage to the machine it is important to work
with intact hammers. The hammer life depends on the material type and
it is therefore impossible to indicate precise and indisputable data. If the
machine is used to shred material containing dust, sand, soil, etc., the
hammers will be damaged very quickly.
