Controllare che la macchina non presenti perdite nell’impianto
idraulico e che il livello nel serbatoio dell’olio sia corretto. Se il
problema persiste, rivolgersi alla rete di assistenza.

Spegnere il motore, togliere dal quadro motore la chiave, se
presente, scollegare la batteria con l’apposito stacca-batteria
(OFF) e indossare guanti protettivi.
Switch off the engine, remove the key, if present, from the
engine panel, disconnect the battery with the specific battery
switch (OFF) and wear protective gloves.

ENGINE ON, WITH THE ENGINE KEY IN THE PANEL, WITH
THE BATTERY SWITCH ON (ON), WITH THE ROTOR NOT
COMPLETELY STOPPED OR WITHOUT WEARING SUITABLE
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT MAY RESULT IN
SERIOUS INJURY TO THE OPERATOR.
Procedere alla pulizia della macchina come indicato.

Ogni volta che si verifica il bloccaggio della macchina per le
cause suddette, controllare l’efficienza delle cinghie, l’integrità
delle lame, se sono presenti, dei martelli e degli alberi su cui
sono infilati.
Clean the machine as indicated.

Anytime the machine blocking is due to the above-mentioned
causes, check the efficiency of the belts and the integrity of the
blades, if present, hammers and hammers’ shafts.

Se la velocità di rotazione indicata nel pannello di controllo
rimane costantemente a zero o si visualizza una velocità
instabile (es. 4000-300-0-2800 ....), controllare che la distanza
tra il sensore (S) e il giunto parastrappi (R) sia di circa 3 mm.

If the rotation speed displayed on the control panel constantly
remains zero value or it’s unstable (e.g. 4000-300-0-2800 ....),
check that the distance between the sensor (S) and the elastic
joint (R) is about 3 mm.

7.8/6 ECCESSIVE VIBRAZIONI 7.8/6 EXCESSIVE VIBRATIONS
Le eccessive vibrazioni possono essere causate dallo
sbilanciamento del rotore, dovuto a un forte urto, alla rottura
di un utensile di taglio o di una pala d’espulsione, al grippaggio
di un supporto o a organi di trasmissione allentati. Controllare
l’esatta causa del problema e rivolgersi alla rete di assistenza.
The excessive vibrations can be caused by the unbalance of
the rotor, due to a strong impact, the breakage of a cutting
tool or an ejection blade, the seizure of a support or loose
transmission parts. Check the cause of the problem and
contact the service network.
