Per controllare lo stato dei martelli, occorre accedere al rotore
come indicato.

- PULIZIA DELLA MACCHINA
Se solo un lato dei martelli risulta usurato (A), è possibile girare
i martelli per consentire l’utilizzo dell’altro lato (B). Se entrambi
i lati risultano usurati (C) o i martelli risultano danneggiati,
sostituirli.

To check the condition of the hammers, access the rotor as
indicated.

- CLEANING THE MACHINE
If only one side of the hammers is worn out (A), the hammers
can be turned so to allow the use of the other side (B). If both
sides are worn out (C) or the hammers are damaged, replace
them.

Per ruotare o sostituire i martelli, occorre eseguire le seguenti
operazioni:
To turn or replace the hammers, perform the following
operations:
■ Togliere il carter superiore delle cinghie (C) e il carter
superiore della pompa (F), smontare il tubo di lancio (L) e
i due coperchi del perno (I) sul corpo macchina. Togliere il
vaglio (J), togliendo le due copiglie (G) e i perni (P).
Rimuovere il coperchio (O) svitando il dado (Q). Bloccare
il rotore inserendo l’apposito fermo (A) contenuto nel porta
documenti, facendo attenzione a centrare il foro sul rotore.

Remove the belt upper casing (C) and the pump upper
casing (F), remove the ejection pipe (L) and the two pin
plates (I) on the rotor housing. Remove the screen (J)
removing the two split pins (G) and the pins (P).
Remove the plate (O) unscrewing the nut (Q). Block the
rotor with the specific lock (A) contained in the document
holder, being careful to center the hole in the rotor.
