8.2 CHECKING AND REPLACING OR
SHARPENING THE BLADES
Controllare le lame prima di ogni utilizzo. Per garantire il
buon funzionamento della macchina, per ottenere le migliori
condizioni di lavoro ed evitare danneggiamenti alla macchina è
importante lavorare con le lame sempre integre e ben affilate.
La durata del filo tagliente dipende dal tipo di materiale ed è
quindi impossibile indicare un dato preciso e certo. Nel caso
in cui la macchina venga utilizzata per sminuzzare materiale
contenente polvere, sabbia, terra ecc., il filo tagliente delle
lame subirà un degrado molto veloce.
The blades must be checked anytime before using the
machine. To guarantee that the machine works properly, to
get the best operating conditions and avoid any damage to
the machine it is important to work with intact and sharpened
blades. The cutting edge life depends on the material type and
it is therefore impossible to indicate precise and indisputable
data. If the machine is used to shred material containing dust,
sand, soil, etc., the blades’ cutting edge will be damaged very
quickly.

OPERATOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH DAMAGES.

Per controllare lo stato delle lame, occorre accedere al rotore
come indicato.

- PULIZIA DELLA MACCHINA
Quando le lame sono usurate, affilarle con una mola ad acqua
(sul lato corto A) rispettando le dimensioni e l’angolo di taglio
specificati.
Quando le lame non rispettano le dimensioni indicate devono
essere sostituite.

To check the condition of the blades, access the rotor as
indicated.

- CLEANING THE MACHINE
When the blades are worn out, sharpen them with a water
grinder (on the short side A) according to the specified
dimensions and cutting angle.
When the blades do not comply with the indicated dimensions
they must be replaced.

Per smontare le lame, rimuovere il tubo di lancio e il carter
superiore delle cinghie come indicato.

To remove the blades, remove the ejection pipe and the belt
upper casing as indicated.
