TEETH
Controllare le placchette prima di ogni utilizzo. Per garantire
il buon funzionamento della macchina, per ottenere le migliori
condizioni di lavoro ed evitare danneggiamenti alla macchina
è importante lavorare con le placchette sempre integre. La
durata delle placchette dipende dal tipo di materiale ed è
quindi impossibile indicare un dato preciso e certo. Nel caso
in cui la macchina venga utilizzata per sminuzzare materiale
contenente polvere, sabbia, terra, ecc., le placchette subiranno
un degrado molto veloce.
The teeth must be checked anytime before using the machine.
To guarantee that the machine works properly, to get the best
operating conditions and avoid any damage to the machine it
is important to work with intact teeth. The tooth life depends
on the material type and it is therefore impossible to indicate
precise and indisputable data. If the machine is used to shred
material containing dust, sand, soil, etc., the teeth will be
damaged very quickly.

Per controllare lo stato delle placchette, occorre accedere al
rotore come indicato.

- PULIZIA DELLA MACCHINA
To check the condition of the teeth, access the rotor as indicated.

- CLEANING THE MACHINE
Se le placchette presentano una forte usura (A), sostituirle
assieme alle viti e alle rondelle.

If the teeth are heavily worn out (A), replace them with screws
and washers.

Per sostituire le placchette (P), svitare le viti (V) e le rondelle
(R). Rimontare il tutto seguendo l’ordine inverso, avendo cura
di sostituire le rondelle presenti. Le viti (V) vanno serrate con
una coppia di serraggio di 37 Nm.

To replace the teeth (P), unscrew the screws (V) and the
washers (R). Reassemble everything in reverse order, making
sure that the washers are replaced. The screws (V) must be
tightened with a tightening torque of
37 Nm.
