8.7 REPLACING THE HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER
CARTRIDGE
Sostituire la cartuccia filtro olio idraulico (2) al limite delle ore o
del periodo lavorativo.

Replace the hydraulic oil filter cartridge (2) at the limit of its
hours or working period.

ATTENZIONE - La sostituzione della cartuccia filtrante (2)
implica dei versamenti di olio idraulico; pertanto è consigliabile
dotarsi di recipienti per la raccolta.
Smontare il carter superiore della pompa. 8 ⁄ 16
ATTENTION - Replacing the filter cartridge (2) involves the
spillage of hydraulic oil; therefore collection containers could
be useful.
Remove the pump upper casing. 8 ⁄ 16
Per sostituire la cartuccia filtrante (2), vanno rispettate le
seguenti prescrizioni: 8 ⁄ 21
To replace the filter cartridge (2), the following prescriptions
must be observed:

■ Scollegare le tubazioni del circuito (C) dal filtro, svitare il
tappo di chiusura (5) e togliere la cartuccia filtrante intasata
(2).
■ Disconnect the circuit hoses (C) from the filter, unscrew the
cap (5) and remove the obstructed filter cartridge (2).
■ Controllare che l’O-ring (3) e la guarnizione (4) non siano
danneggiati; in caso contrario, sostituirli.
■
Check that the O-ring (3) and the gasket (4) are not
damaged; otherwise, replace them.
■ Pulire il contenitore filtro (1) con liquidi detergenti, inserire
la nuova cartuccia filtrante (2) e avvitare il contenitore filtro
(1) con una coppia di serraggio di
150 Nm.
■ Clean the filter holder (1) with cleaning liquids, insert the
new filter cartridge (2) and screw the filter holder (1) with a
tightening torque of
150 Nm.
■ Ricollegare le tubazioni (C) e serrare i raccordi. ■
Reconnect the hoses (C) and tighten the fittings.
■ Riavviare la macchina per alcuni minuti e assicurarsi che
non vi siano perdite.
■ Restart the machine for a few minutes and make sure that
there are no leaks.

OLIO IDRAULICO: è possibile controllare il livello dell’olio
idraulico attraverso l’indicatore di livello (T). Per vuotare il
serbatoio, togliere il tappo presente nella parte inferiore del
serbatoio.

HYDRAULIC OIL: the hydraulic oil level can be checked
through the level indicator (T). To empty the tank, remove the
cap on the lower part of the tank.
