Load Monitor Screen

The load monitor screens display the variation in motor load during cutting. It is also used to set

and change the warning and alarm levels of the individual interval groups.

The load monitor function B compares the actual motor load within a specified group interval with

the preset warning and alarm levels of the same group interval to control machine operation. If the

actual load exceeds the warning level, the function disables cycle start of the next automatic

operation and if the actual load exceeds the alarm level, the function places the CNC in the feed

hold state.

For details of the load monitor function B, refer to page F-31 (9).
