Manual independent operation steps are possible when the conditions indicated below are
satisfied.
Note that the individual steps are operable even if the operation sequence indicated above is not
followed as long as the corresponding conditions are satisfied.
<Hand specification>
To operate the hand specification parts catcher in manual independent operation, follow the
operation sequence indicated below according to the desired in/out operation.

ARM DOWN
The parts catcher is at either TRAY CATCH POS. 1 or TRAY
CATCH POS. 2, and the second Z-axis is at the downward
movement enabled range.

ARM UP
This operation is always enabled.

TRAY DROP POS.
The arm is at the ARM UP position with the bucket at the home
position (TRAY HOME POS.).

TRAY CATCH POS. 1
The arm is at the ARM UP position with the bucket at the home
position (TRAY HOME POS.).

TRAY CATCH POS. 2
The arm is at the ARM UP position with the bucket at the home
position (TRAY HOME POS.).

TRAY ROTATION
The parts catcher is at the TRAY DROP position.
