Parts Catcher Operation
The parts catcher operation is shown below.
<Bucket specification>
<Hand specification>
If the hand specification parts catcher stops halfway during its in/output operation due to reset or
emergency stop, operation cannot be recovered in manual or automatic operation.
To restore the operation, use the PARTS CATCHER screen for manual independent operation.
Parts catcher OUT
Parts catcher moves to
the workpiece receiving position
Arm moves down
Parts catcher IN
Arm moves up
Parts catcher moves to
the workpiece ejection position
Bucket turns down
Bucket returns to the home position
Completion of parts catcher
OUT operation

Arm moves to the downward
movement position
