To view the alarms log:
1. Select the Alarm Log option from the Alarms menu. The Alarms Log
window appears:

The alarms log view provides the following information:

The current date and time, which is displayed in the top left area of the
window.
♦
The filter name, which is shown in a text field.
♦
The total number of alarms selected with the current filter, which is displayed
in the
Notifications Count field.
♦
The alarm number, which is displayed in the first column on the left.
♦
The date when the alarm occurred, which is displayed in the second column.
♦
The time when the alarm occurred, which is displayed in the third column.
♦
The object affected by the alarm, which is displayed in the fourth column.
♦
The alarm state, which is displayed in the fifth column. This is either the
severity, e.g.
Major or Cleared if the alarm has been cleared.
♦
A brief description of the problem, which is shown in the last column on the
right.
♦
Buttons for operations you can perform on alarms log entries, which are
contained in the
Operations group field.
You can move in the alarms log list to display information by clicking the
appropriate button in the
Navigation group as follows:

To scroll up or down through the list, click the PgUp or PgDown button.
