2.2 Unpacking
The procedure for unpacking DRYPRO 793 is detailed below.
The weight of the main body of DRYPRO 793 is approximately 255Kg (without
sorter)/285kg (with sorter). The weight of the unit with packing is approximately
313.5kg (without sorter). Care must be taken during transportation and sufficient
space must be allowed for ease of handling.
Unloading DRYPRO 793 from the palette must be carried out by two workers.
Additionally, a minimum space of 2.5m must be allowed at the front of the palette
(the side where the lock pieces are located) when unpacking the unit.

Cut the securing bands while holding down with
one hand.
Do not stand in front of
the securing bands.
The bands are fastened
tightly and may hit any
personnel standing
nearby when cut.

Remove the lid from the outer box.

Unscrew the knobs securing the lock pieces by
turning to the left and remove from the outer
box.

Remove the four lock pieces from the outer box.

Open and remove the outer box.
Using radio pliers to
turn the knobs will
facilitate removal.
Disposal of the packing
materials should be
carried out in
accordance with
relevant local
ordinances and
regulations.
