6.2.1 Starting up the Web Maintenance Mode (Service Maintenance Mode)

The procedure for starting up the Web Maintenance Mode (Service Maintenance Mode) is

described below.

A PC for use of the Web maintenance mode should be made ready.

Activate the PC on which the Web maintenance

mode is to be used.

Open the Internet Explorer on the Web

maintenance mode PC.

- A message stating that the page cannot be

displayed will appear.

Input the DRYPRO IP address after http:// in the

[Address] textbox.

- The Web maintenance tool menu mode screen will

be displayed.

Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable

connected in step-2 to the hub to which the

DRYPRO 793 Ethernet cable is connected.

Start up DRYPRO 793.

The Web maintenance mode may be started up even while DRYPRO 793 is

warming up.

Note, however, that the Web maintenance mode cannot be used while DRYPRO

793 is initializing.

Connect the Ethernet cable to the PC.

6.2 Starting Up and Terminating Web Maintenance Mode

The procedure for starting up and closing menu and maintenance modes in the Web maintenance mode is described

below.

Connection between

DRYPRO 793 and the

PC may also be

effected without using

the hub by use of a

direct cross-cable

connection.
