Parity
Purpose: Sets the parity for the serial port. The terminal uses parity for error checking in data
transmissions.
Syntax: YBn.data
where n is:
1 COM1 port
2 COM2 port
Acceptable values for data are:
0 No parity
1 Even parity
2 Odd parity
Default: Even
Scan: To set the default parity, scan one of these bar codes:
Even Parity for COM1
