Contact

the

Company for solving the
problem.

Too low/too high power supply voltage
on Outdoor Unit.

Disconnect the system and wait some minutes.
Connect the system to power supply again. Has the
anomaly been solved?

Measure the transformer’s secondary side voltage
on Outdoor Unit’s PCB. Is the detected voltage
12~14V AC?

YES
