Monitor Setting
8.1 Before You Begin
Before starting Image Monitor Set-Up, verify the followings are completed:
System has been powered up and monitor has been on for at least 20 minutes.
Make sure the monitor is located where it has the proper ambient light conditions - dim room
with no echoes on the monitor. Day light must be avoided since it affects the IQ of the monitor.
8.2 When should it be performed
During initial system installation.
Whenever an image monitor is replaced.
8.3 Procedure
1.) When there's signal for monitor, press set button to check if it is lock. if it is lock with display,
press the button three times to unlock.
2.) Set BIGTIDE monitor in Menu option (Left button on Monitor).
3.) In the Performance page, press the 2nd button to enter into this page, continue press 1st
button 3 times to enable “Color“, press 2nd button to enter, then press 1st button to select
“6500K”, press 2nd button to confirm. Press 4th “Return” button to exit to upper menu.
4.) Press the 1st “Menu” button to enter “Brightness” page, the 2nd button is “+”, the 3rd button is
“-”, please set Brightness as: 140.
5.) Press the 1st “Menu” button to enter into “Contrast” page, please set Contrast as: 100.
6.) Press the 1st “Menu” button to enter into “Backlight” page, please set Backlight as: 80
7.) Press the 4th “Return” button to exit “performance” page.
8.) Press the 1st “Menu” until go to Service Level2, Press up, down, down to unlock service mode,
press the 2nd “enter” button to enter LUT Settings, please set Gamma 2.2.
9.) Press the 4th “Return” button to exit “Service level2” page and Exit OSD Menu.
