Expression Show Control System

Time (SMPTE)

SMPTE [Time] has two functions. Both are described below.

When you are viewing SMPTE events in Manual or Pause modes, the [Time]
next to [Pause] allows you to select a specific SMPTE event by entering its
SMPTE time and pressing [Enter]. If you are not in Manual or Pause mode,
pressing SMPTE [Time], then [Enter] resets the

Expression Show Control

System’s internal clock. This allows you to run your SMPTE program in the
absence of live SMPTE time code input.

Example

[Pause] [Time] [0] [1] [0] [5] [0] [0] [.] [1] [2] [Enter] selects the SMPTE event
recorded at 01:05:00.12 (one hour, five minutes, zero seconds, and 12 frames).

[Time] [Enter] resets the
