Selecting channels, cues or dimmers with [Except]
When you are selecting channels for a look, cues in the Track Sheet, or dimmers
on the patch screen, use [Except] to exclude a subset of the items (channels,
cues or dimmers) already selected.
Follow these steps to exclude items:
1.
When items are selected, press [Except].
2.
Press any of the following key sequences to exclude a subset of selected
items.
•
Enter channel numbers. You can select groups of channels by using
[And] and [Thru].
•
Enter channels included in cues or groups by pressing [Cue] or
[Group] and entering the desired cue or group number. To enter
more than one cue or group, press [And] between numbers.
3.
Complete action with the remaining set of selected items. For example,
set channel levels or assign dimmers to channels.
