Chapter 6 Printer options and disk management

Reading a show from disk

When you read a show from a disk and load it into memory, the new show
overwrites the current show in the

PSC. Therefore, if you want to keep the

current show, follow the instructions on the previous page to record current
show before you read a new show from disk.

When using the read option, any fades being executed are interrupted during the
read operation; fades resume when read is complete

. To read a show from disk

into memory follow these steps:

Insert disk in disk drive.

Press [Set Up]

Select 2,

Read show from disk

, and press [Enter]

. The PSC displays the

screen illustrated below:

If either show one or two is currently recorded on disk, the screen displays
the message,

Recorded

and the date the show was recorded

. If no show

is recorded on disk, the

PSC displays the message,

Not recorded

Select either show one or two, and press [Enter]

. The show you enter will

overwrite the current show in memory.

Or, press [Clear] to cancel the operation.
