Converting a standard cue to a multipart cue
If you have already created a single-part cue, the
PSC allows you to reconfigure it
as a multipart cue. You can convert a standard cue to a multipart cue in either
Stage or Blind mode.
As you break the cue into parts to convert it to a multipart cue, the
PSC auto-
matically creates cue part number four. Any channels not included in the first
recorded part are automatically assigned to part four. As channels are assigned
to new parts, they are automatically deleted from part four.
Follow these steps to convert a standard cue to a multipart cue:
1.
Press [Blind] or [Stage] to
display the Blind or Stage mode screen.
2.
Enter the cue number.
3.
Press [Chan], then select the desired channels for a specific part.
4.
Use the numeric keypad, level control strip or [+] [-] keys to enter the
desired level setting.
5.
Press [Rec] [Step/Part]; then enter the part number.
6.
Press [Enter].
7.
Repeat steps three through six to create each part.
Note: When all of the channels are assigned to a part, part four is auto-
matically deleted.
