Sets the timing for displaying the near life warning for the transfer
belt unit.
Displays the near life warning for the transfer belt unit in front of the

ERASE PRIVACY DATA EXECUTE
The following data set in the machine is erased.
• Administrator password, values set for menus
• Data registered in the machine
PRESENTER UNIT
DISABLE
ENABLE
Sets whether to enable or disable the Presenter Unit.
ENABLE: Attached
DISABLE: Not attached
Match this setting with the status of the Presenter Unit.
Paper jams will occur if the setting does not match.
SETTINGS MENU RESET
EXECUTE
Resets the default menu settings of the machine.
SAVE MENU
EXECUTE
Saves the current menu settings.
The menu is overwritten with that saved at the time of last execution.
RESTORE MENU
EXECUTE
Changes the menu to the sved menu settings.
Displayed when [SAVE MENU] has been executed to save the menu
settings.
Disabled when executed when the machine has print data.
CHANGE
PASSWORD
NEW PASSWORD

Sets the new password for entering [ADMIN SETUP] and [BOOT
MENU].
The password is set using 6 to 12 numbers or lower case letters.
VERIFY PASSWORD

Enter the new password set in [NEW PASSWORD] again for confirma-
tion purposes.
The password is set using 6 to 12 numbers or lower case letters.
