When Set to MODE1

Open the file to print.

Select [Print] from the [File] menu.

Click [Preferences].

Select the items to set on each tab, and click [OK].

Click [Print].

When the printed paper stops near the Presenter Unit, check the operation panel and pull out the paper.

Repeat step 6 until all pages have been printed.

Pull out the final page that has stopped near the Presenter Unit.

When Set to MODE2

Open the file to print.

Select [Print] from the [File] menu.

Click [Preferences].

Select the items to set on each tab, and click [OK].

Click [Print].

Pull out the final page that has stopped near the Presenter Unit.

The machine does not enter the Power Save mode when it is retaining the printed paper.

If the printed paper is not fully ejected, check whether the settings in [PRESENTER MODE] and [PRESENTER UNIT]

on the operation panel match your environment.
