Changing the Color Settings
You can adjust color printing.

Open the file to print.

Select [Print] from the [File] menu.

Click [Preferences].

Select a value of your choice in [Color Mode] on the [Color Settings] tab.

Click [OK].
—
Click [Print].
Reducing Toner Consumption When Printing
You can reduce the toner consumption when performing test prints, etc.
—
Open the file to print.
—
Select [Print] from the [File] menu.
—
Click [Preferences].
—
Select a value in [Toner Saving] on the [Color Settings] tab.
—
Click [OK].
—
Click [Print].
Overlaying Text or Logos When Printing
You can print on forms registered in the machine in advance.

Register the forms to the machine.

Open the file to print.

Select [Print] from the [File] menu.

Click [Preferences].

Select the [Overlays] tab.

Select [Overlay Print] from the pull-down menu, and select the form to use for overlay printing from the drop-
down list.

When adding a form registered in the Configuration Tool or overlaying multiple forms as a group, click [Edit
List] to add them to the list.
