Checking Information About the Machine
Printing and Checking a Report
Perform the procedure below to print and check the values set in the machine.

Use cut sheet cut to the following size or continuous paper (roll paper) without a mark. The operation is not guar-
anteed for other paper.
X
When printing on cut sheet
X Prepare paper that is 74 mm wide and 210 mm long.
X
You can print on A4 or LETTER paper that has been cut to a quarter of its long side.
X Print after setting [MENUS] > [FEEDER CONFIG] > [PAPER FORM] > [CUT PAPER].
X
When printing on continuous paper (roll paper)
X Prepare continuous paper (roll paper) without a mark that is 74 mm to 86 mm wide.
X
Print after setting [MENUS] > [FEEDER CONFIG] > [PAPER FORM] > [CONTINUOUS PAPER]
and [MENUS] > [FEEDER CONFIG] > [CUT TYPE] > [LENGTH].

Confirm that [READY TO PRINT] is displayed on the machine.

Print ∧ button or ∨ button to display [PRINT INFO].

Press «OK» button.

Press «OK» button when [CONFIGURATION/EXECUTE] is displayed.

Load the paper displayed on the screen in the machine.

Press «OK» button.
Checking the Operation Panel
You can check the print count, remaining consumables, network settings, and machine information on the operation
panel.

Confirm that [READY TO PRINT] is displayed on the machine.

Press ∧ button or ∨ button several times to display [CONFIGURATION].

Press «OK» button to display the print count.
—
To also check the remaining consumables, network settings, or machine information, press ∧ button or ∨ but-
ton to display the item you want to check, and press «OK» button.

Press ∧ button or ∨ button to check each value.

When you have finished checking, press «ONLINE» button, or press «BACK» button until [READY TO PRINT] is
displayed.
