Appendix M: Remote Viewing using Internet Explorer
Changing Display Views
During live viewing, you can switch between split-screen and single channel displays.
To change display views:
1. From split-screen, double-click any channel to view the channel in single channel
2. From single channel display, double-click to return to the split-screen display.
3. Click
Full Screen
to view the display (multi split-screen or single channel) in full-screen
(browser window disappears). Press the
Esc key
on your keyboard to exit.
Auto Sequence
During live viewing, you can view channels in a sequential auto sequence.
NOTE:
Auto Sequence occurs in single channel only.
To enable/disable Auto Sequence:
1. From live viewing, click
Auto
. Channels are displayed sequentially in single channel mode.
2. Click
to increase/decrease dwell time from 1~60 seconds.
NOTE:
The higher the dwell time, the longer a channel will remain on-screen.
3. Click
Auto
to cancel Auto Sequence.
Playback
You can search and playback recorded video on your system.
To begin playback:
1. From live viewing, click
Play
. The Calendar Search window opens.
2. Select a date. Click
to change the year and the date. Saved video for the selected date
appears in the Time Bar (0~24 hrs).
NOTE:
Dates with recorded data are highlighted in yellow.
3. Click one of the hour blocks and click
Play
. Playback begins.
NOTE:
Frame rate appears in the main display window, but is non-selectable.
4. Double-click any channel to switch between split-screen and single channel displays.
5. Click
Live
to stop playback and return to live viewing.
