MANAGING USERS
DigiClient allows you to add, edit, rename, and delete system users, and assign user authorities.
To open the User window:
1. Click
to open the Viewer Option window.
2. Click
User Management
at the bottom of the window.
3. Log in with your username and password and click
OK
.
Adding a New User
To add a new user:
1. Open the User window.
2. Click Add. All User Information text fields and
authorities boxes are cleared.
3. Under User Information, enter a
username
,
description
, and
password
; re-enter the password in
the Confirm password field.
NOTE:
User
must
have a password.
4. Check/uncheck the boxes to grant/deny the new user permission to the following authorities:
5. Click
Save
to save the user and settings, or click
Close
to exit without saving.
Editing Users
To edit an existing user:
1. Open the User window.
2. Select a user from the list.
3. Under User Information, edit the username, description, and password.
4. Check/uncheck the boxes to grant/deny the user permission to authorities.
5. Click
Change
to save your settings or click
Close
to exit without saving.
