6.14.9 Defining Send Clock and Update Time

6.14.9.1 Configuring the Send Clock Time

Procedure

1. Open the

HW Config

tool.

2. Select the station with the PROFINET

devices to be involved in IRT communication, for example PNxIO.

3. Select the menu [Edit

→

PROFINET IO

→

Domain management].

4. In the next window, open the

Sync Domain

tab and in the

Send clock time [ms]

field, select an appropriate time for the process, for

example 1.000 ms, then click on
