Troubleshooting
Video recording does not start.
Cause 1
The Surveillance Camera setting is not enabled.
Remedy 1
Enable the Surveillance Camera setting from the Web Admin interface.
Cause 2
A LAN cable between the TeraStation and network camera is disconnected, or the power is turned off .
Remedy 2
Check that the LAN cables are inserted correctly.
Cause 3
The video recording policy is not registered.
Remedy 3
Register the video recording policy from Camera Policies.
Cause 4
The device is not connected to a network on the same LAN, or the device is not connected to the LAN port that was set
in the Web Admin interface.
Remedy 4
Connect the device to the network of the LAN port that was set in the Web Admin interface.
Cause 5
The disk is full.
Remedy 5
Free available space on the disk by moving or deleting fi les.
Cause 6
The time for the TeraStation and network camera is not correct.
