Commissioning 65/132
RE 30201-B/07.2014, SYEPS series 1X,
Bosch Rexroth AG
For the rest of the data words and their meaning, please refer to Table 29 and
Table 30 on page 106 in Chapter 9.3.5 “Data transmission“, sub-section “Profibus
protocol“. A detailed description of the R parameters is given in Chapter 9
“Operation” in subsections 9.2.1 “Punching operating modes” from page 84
onwards.
8.1.3 Inspecting piping and wiring
Check that all ports of the SYEHL are connected, that the correct pipe diameters are
used (Chapter 7 “Installation” on page 33) and all connections are tightened.
Check measured values in the HNC100 for plausibility. Check with the help of
WIN-PED® diagnosis whether a cable break signal of the position transducer is
present and whether the connected pressure sensor provides a value of about 0 bar.
8.1.4 Charging the accumulator
CAUTION
High pressure!
Risk of injury by hydraulic fluid ejecting under high pressure.
▶
Before testing and charging the accumulator with nitrogen, depressurize it on
the fluid side.
Non-approved gas!
Serious injuries due to explosion of the hydraulic accumulator.
▶
Use exclusively nitrogen 99.99 % of class 4.0 for charging the accumulators.
Uncontrolled escaping charging gas!
Risk of suffocation and risk of injury by components carried along.
▶
Always use the filling and testing device according to data sheet 50170 and
50150 for draining and charging the accumulators .
▶
Ensure sufficient ventilation at the place of work.
In the course of each commissioning, the bladder and diaphragm-type accumulators
must be charged to the prescribed precharge pressure according to the circuit
diagram. Always use the filling and testing device according to 50170 and 50150 for
draining and charging the accumulators. Also observe the operating instructions for
the accumulators, 50170-B and 50150-B, as well as the operating instructions that
accompany the charging and testing device.
The charging and testing device consists of:
•
a high pressure hose with transition piece [
1
] for connection to German nitrogen
bottles. The transition piece connected to the high pressure hose is designed so
that adapter pieces for foreign nitrogen bottles can be screwed in.
•
a valve body [
3
] with pressure gauge
•
a connection piece [
5
] for accumulator connection thread 7/8“ - 14 UNF
Before installing or after having replaced bladder-type accumulators, fill them
with a little oil. This provides an oil cushion that prevents damage to the
accumulator bladder. Before filling in the oil, discharge the accumulator on the
gas side by opening the gas valve.
